Staff very attentive, really clean and good location. The only bad point was that the train station is close to it and one can not avoid hearing the trains all time. But, appart from that I would recommend it to everyone who wants something cheap, comfortable and close to the center.

Stayed there for two days on a short trip to Prague. It couldn't be better - very nice, clean and excellent value for money. The staff are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Seems a bit far from the center, but it's just a 15 min tram ride. Would deffinitely recommend it to anyone.

Very helpful and friendly staff who served us free breakfast every morning of our 5 night stay. The hostel was clean and tidy and so was our two-bed attic/loft room. I wouldn't recommend this room for taller people than myself (I'm 175 cm) since it had sloped ceiling on both sides, but you get used to it :-) The location of the hostel is fine, a bit out of the city center, but still easily accessible by tram. I would highly recommend Prague's Heaven and its great staff!

I think this hostel is perfect for those who doesn´t want to have problems with party people at night. It´s just enough separated from center to make it easier to get there but to enjoy a quite atmosphere at night. The owner is more than nice and the place itself it´s warm and comfortable.

I stayed at Pragues Heaven for 4 days. It's a small hostel*, is's very comfortable and has a homely eviorment. It's clean, thanks to the old lady who runs it. The staff at the hostel is very friendly, and always wants to help, whatever you may want to know about Prague. I will definaitly reccomend it to anyone, both young people and middel-aged people. Thanks for a wonderful stay! I will definitely come back, next time im going to Prague. Ulrik Madsen (Danmark)

Positive: super-friendly staff, clean and spacious common area, great shower with lots of hot water, ultra-cheap. Negative: horrible bedding (small rectangle of cloth called blanket and tiny lump of cloth called pillow)! Summary: wonderful in every way except for the bedding. Would stay again but bring a sleeping bag.

We stayed there in February and had a great time. The man welcoming us was very helpful and explained many things about the city and the area, and the lady was so nice and made us a light breakfast both mornings. The rooms are functional, and we had a bathtub and a fridge. You can hear the trains but it is fairly quiet. It is not in the centre but easily accessible by tram (10minutes) or you can walk to the centre if you are not in a hurry. We would definitely go back and recommend it!

Our stay in Prague's Heaven was totally good. It was not crowded and most of the time we were alone in the flat. It is located in a nice and cheap area in Prague, in an old building. The staff is very lovely! In our first morning there, the lady brought breakfast for us in our room. Hmmm! Very nice! I highly recommend this hostel!!

Very cozy home feel to it and very clean hostel. Anna, the owner is the sweetest lady! Great location, 8 min tram into centre. 12 minute tram to station. Loved it!

Loved the "small presents" in the morning. The staff couldn't have been sweeter. Ana is just wonderful! Location was good for me, as I was attending an event at the nearby Corinthia Towers, but if you're here to see the city, note that you're a bit out of town. Place is kept very clean, with lots of security and privacy. The deck is nice. I'd recommend this place for a traveler needing a few days off and some chill alone time. Definitely not a place to meet lots of people and go crazy.
