The hostel is very cosy and welcoming. The owner anne is a very helpful lady wjo provided us with alot of information about the city. The overall experience was very good and the rooms were very comfortable. The toilets were also very clean and nice with 5star hotel quality. The stay was so good that we felt sad to leave. It is more than a hostel.- it is a home for weary travelers who wish to seek solace in the beautiful city of prague.

My son had to arrive later than closing time and the hostel owners made every effort to be open for him, and very welcoming. He was extremely pleased with his stay. The host was super friendly and helpful. He would go back in a heartbeat. The establishment is very highly recommended. Thank you.

This hostel was pretty small (6 people) and the staff (1 person) is only there 9am-3pm but she is very helpful and wants you to have a good time in Prague. The location is not in the city center but taking tram 18 was easy. The hostel has a kitchen area, fridge, and computer with wifi you can use. Unfortunately the walls seem paper thin so quiet hours start at 10. My stay there was positive; I would recommend Prague's Heaven.

It was an excellent choice, I would definitely recommend it to everybody, nothing like a nice hostel to top off a beautiful city like Prague! The lady who runs it is very nice and helpful!

Located in a very ugly neibourhood (no dangerous, only ugly) , but without a doubt a wonderfull surprise inside. Cozy environment and the nicest girl (Eva). I would definitely recommend this hostel to friends and family!

We loved the staff, absolutely wonderful. We were picked up from the airport which made our late arrival time a lot easier, we were all exhausted. The location wasn't too terrible all things considered but it was a little further from the center then we initially thought. The only problem we had was that at night one of the bathrooms smelled like pee. It disappeared during the day, after it had been cleaned, and so that led us to believe it was another occupant not a lack of cleanliness.

It was a very nice stay, the hostel is in the very near of the old castle of prague. In the street are some restaurants and also a supermarket and a bank. The hostel is situated in the top floor and so you can sleep underneath the stars. A big plus for me personal was the bathroom with a shower and a tub which was always very clean. On our next prague stay we will definitly return into the nice hostel prague`s heaven.

The hostel is great! Location is great, very convenient to city centre where most sightseeings are around. The staff are really helpful and friendly! The Lady even prepared a delicious breakfast for us, a nice cup of tea or coffee and cakes! The atmosphere was awesome, just like home!

We spent 3 nigth in the Prague\'s Heaven. It was a very good journey. The hostel was really well located close to the city center (10-15 min. by tram) with all facilities what we needed (kitchen, living-room, city maps and information etc). The hostel\'s staff is very kind and hospitable.

My girlfriend and I spent four nights in Prague and loved it. Our room was large and spacious with roof windows over the bed which looked out over the town - very romantic. The lady who worked there was wonderful and very helpful. There are some places you stay and you forget you're in a hostel, this is one of them. It's like a home. Having said that it's not huge so don't expect a bar and a party every night. I would stay there again. Only downside would be the mattress we slept on.

This was one of the best hostel I have stayed, clean, and the host, ANN, show great hospitality to us. We changed our plan and decided to left our luggages in pragh and travelling light to Cesky Krumlov for one night, and Ann let us put our big heavy luggages there in Pragh's Heaven for one night in our room without charging us. We are so grateful for this.
