We stayed in a twin bed private. There was nothing really bad about the hostel but there was nothing really excellent about it either. The staff were nice enough and the room/bathroom was clean. The hostel is about a 20 min walk from Old town but you can catch a tram quiet easy but it is still a fair way out of town in respect to the other hostels locations. The hostel didn't really have much of an atmosphere. I wouldn't fully recommend Premium Hostel but it wasn't a bad place to stay it.

Great place, 10 minute to the centre. Clean and confy rooms.

Very recomended!!!! You feel at home!!! There is a really nice common space with the kitchen where you can prepare your meals or play some board games. Stuff excellent!!!!

I stayed at this hostel with friend for 2 nights during the April weekend and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable hostel in a great location in Cracow.We had so much fun there with stuff reception Wojtek,Ania and Śliwa.Thanks to you guys you made our stay !!!

If you're looking for a really satisfying experince in Krakow , you can choose this hostel. Hostel's location was really good and also their stuff were really helpful people.

Premium hostel provides everything necessary for a pleasent stay and at a very low price. The staff were very polite and helpful and the hostel is situated close to the senter of the city.

I can't believe its that cheap!! the condition is really good for the situation. Staff are very kind and helpful. Room is very clean!!! Location is fantastic, 15 min walk from central station with 24 hour supermarket in less than 10 min walk distance. Safe, cozy. They offer free towel, duvet, and clean sheet. Usually for this money it won't happen. They also have a kitchen with facilities you need. Highly recommended!!

Anytime I'm in Cracow, I stay at Premium Hostel. It offers clean rooms with bathrooms, a full breakfast (for only 5PLN) and a wonderful atmosphere. That is what I call great value for the money.

Nice hostel located very close to the city center. Very useful common room equipped with a kitchen. The room (we slept in a double room, ensuite) was warm and clean and the shower was working very well. The walking distance from the center is about 10 minutes. The hostel is past of a larger network which allows you to visit a lot of heritage sites and museums even with a bus shuttle direct from the hostel.

I think that the Wifi connection needs to be stronger throughout the hostel. I couldn't always connect in my room. Also, the sheets were very old and had holes and stains. The pillow was really terrible. But, for the price, it was acceptable and the common room is really nice. The price needs to be somehow changed too because on HostelWorld, it says one price but not if you show up. On HW, it says 19PLZ a night for a dorm room whereas I had to pay 40PLZ, more than twice the amount.

Firstly value for money WOW !! The hostel was impeccably clean, the reception staff were exceptionally polite and the facilities were absolutely fantastic!! i paid 10 times the daily rate of this hostel ( I.E. 200 EUROS FOR ONE NIGHT !) in Amsterdam online and the standards were that poor i walked out and cut my losses!!!.. The premium hostel was on a par with most 3 star hotels back home in England, for a fraction of the price and i would happily stay again in the future! Thank you.
