Good location, friendly staff. Rooms on the first floor with a view on the street are extremely noisy.

Fantastic free cooked breakfast. Good location close to tube. A bit noisy (street noise) but its london so expected. No self catering facilities which could have been annoying in longer stay. Will use again.

I absolutely loved staying here. Only thing I would change is not charging a Euro for only 90 seconds with the flat iron. Was way too expensive for only a minute and a half, when it takes at least 20 seconds to get hot. But, I'm being totally nitpicky. The place was amazing, the rate was good, and the staff was fantastic.

Out of all the hostels I have been to - this ranks as one of the best! The breakfast is amazing (and free), the hostel located just outside Paddington and I really can't complain about any part of it! Such a great place! Would definately recommend.

The only thing I would like to see better it is the Wi-Fi in the rooms. At least in the room 5. There is not enouth network in the room. And there are many ppl who like to use it in there. And everyone in the room 5 was using the barcklays Wi-Fi and not Harrypotter.

Great location and very reasonable rates that include a fabulous breakfast. A little noisy but only to be expected when staying in a hostel in central London.

This was a great hostel and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The rooms were very nice and had clean sheets and towels that didn't cost extra. I was given a free breakfast voucher that gave several options for what I wanted. My only criticisms would be that the shower I tried didn't work well at all and the other coupons I was given didn't seem quite worth it for my budget since the pub food was already a bit pricy for me. Otherwise it was really great!

Well trained staff, good food and drinks, only stain is the noisy corner room, but it's understandable and it's due to the busy location

We had a great 2 nights stay in the Pride of Paddington. Great location, great value, friendly people there, very clean and handy. Even the noise mentionned by former travellers was ok, we expected it to be worse than it is. Staff is very helpful, beer is good, what do we need more? And the common room is a great thing, as we could meet in the evening for a chat with other guests.

The only criticism is that there was a problem with missing cleaning staff during my quick stay. I have stayed before so I know this was not the norm. I got stuck with very sloppy roommates so it would have been nice to have the room tidied up in between newcomers. Otherwise, the same friendly and helpful staff were available and the location was perfect.

I stayed in this hostel for one night only but all in all it was great. Location was amazing. the staff was nice and helpful although they were busy with the bar downstairs. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom, as far as i could see, were clean. The only downside was there were 2 showers for a whole floor. Breakfast was good!

The location is very close to Paddington station which. Lots of toilets and adjustable shower bath. This hostel have full english breakfast ..not only toast and coffee. Because of this hostel is close to train station and tube station so we hear the sound of train since ~ 6 am.untill midnight.

Slept in the girls sanctuary, a six bed female dorm which was nicely decorated and had two lockers per bed (byo padlock). The staff was very friendly but a bit slow. Food isn't allowed in the rooms and there's no kitchen. The pub downstairs is nice and the food is okay but I've had better pub food for less money. The included breakfast (full englisch, cereal and 1 toast or 3 toasts with marmelade) is fine but why are the other options not available for hostel guests?

Amazing hostel with a great pub downstairs. A true London experience. Good food for dinning, specially the Shepard's pie. Good brews and a great staff, they see to the pub also, however they are happy to help out with anything else. The facilities where clean and the room was good sized with lockers. The noise from the pub is not that bad, is just regular street noise. The breakfast is amazing! three good choices, but the full english breakfast is a perfect way to strat a day.

For 19 pounds, you also get a delicious English breakfast worth 7 pounds. There are convenience stores and other restaurants just across the street. It's 2-minutes from Paddington Station.
