Wonderful staff!! So helpful -- even willing to come in and be at reception at 3 am to help us get a cab to the airport... much appreciated!

Fantastic place, superb room and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We arrived at midnight and were met with a big smile. We had to leave at 05:00am the following day and the owner woke up so say goodbye and to help us catch a taxi. Fantastic. Can't comment on the location in relation to Bangkok's sights and sounds, however, it was perfect for us as we flew in from one airport and flew out of the other the following day. Great hostel.

The hostel was beautiful inside. The rooms are updated and the bathrooms are very clean and modern looking. The hostel is not staffed 24hours a day however, they are very accomodating. We had to leave at 3am to go to the airport and one of the owners was at the hostel in order for us to "properly" check out. If you are looking to go to Kosan Road (backpacker central) I do not suggest staying here as it took us 2.5 hours to drive by taxi there and back due to severe traffic!

We originally booked 2 nights in Pridi Hostel but ended up staying for SIX! It was wonderful, felt like a special home away from home. The owners were amazingly friendly, giving us advice every day on what to do, and going out of their way to help us with anything. The rooms are great and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the location is good to get to all parts of Bangkok since transportation is cheap. Will definitely stay at Pridi if we come back to Thailand.

Pridi is a very nice place a bit outside but quiet. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very light there might be a bit more. The rooms are very clean and large. I would stay here again any time.

The staff was as helpful as we've seen. A brother and sister shared time running the front desk and both of them went above and beyond to be helpful to us. They gave us detailed directions to get around the city, helped us with taxis, and even gave advice for travelling to a different city. They were the best staff of any hostel we've stayed in. Thank you!

Clean, safe and the young girl running the hostel was very helpful and friendly. Located 10min walk from the sky train, was actually nice to be outside of the main toursity areas. We would stay here again. But if your looking for a party this is not your hostel.

Pretty good hostel, clean, nice staff, a little far from the main sites though so it's great if you're looking for a quite place!

Easily one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful, especially Nalin! The hostel itself is really nice, new and simply but stylishly decorated. Very clean rooms, good A/C and a nice shared bathroom for each floor. Well priced, a bit far from downtown and old Bangkok but it is easy and cheap to get there from here. In the end the service is better than you get at some of the best hotels and very personal. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!

I am living in Rm 301, it is a bit noisy at night indeed because it is facing the main road. I struggled to get into the sleeping mode but then I started to get used to it.

Stayed twice in Jan 2012 and had an excellent experience both times. A new, relatively small, family-owned business in a mid to upper middle class neighborhood. Fast, convenient access to airport. Short walk to BTS. Beautiful, stylish decor. Impeccably clean. A brother/sister pair operate the hostel, drawing on their own int\'l budget travel experiences and truly go above and beyond to make your stay excellent. I highly recommend Pridi, particularly for flashpackers (more mature backpackers).

An excellent hostel with very friendly staff. Both Nui and Nalin speak very good English and are always willing to answer any questions or give you advice. Hostel itself is extremely clean and looked after and the rooms are excellent, however a bin in the room could have proved handy. A little far from the main attractions, but if you are willing to navigate the rail system or pay a little extra for a tuk tuk, then it is the perfect place to stay.

We stayed several in times during our journey through SOA at this lovely hostel and were always happy to come back to relax some days in this nice hostel. It is easy to get in city centre by a bus stopping opposite the hostel and afterwards the skytrain ( leaving every couple of minutes). The staff is very friendly and gave us an excellent starting support to survive in Bangkok. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and cozy. I cannot imagine to stay somewhere else when coming back!

A brilliant place if you want to live close to sukhumvit and want more quality than the cheaper hostels. Very friendly owners who made me and my parents feel very welcome.
