Hi, Thanks for your feedback. You stayed with us for two nights over Australia Day, one of our busiest times of the year (being an Aussie pub / hostel). Whilst this does not excuse our cleanliness not being up to your standards I hope it goes some way to explain the reasons. We do have a dedicated housekeeper during the daytime as well as our team of hostel and pub staff, all of whom are trained and briefed to ensure both the hostel and the bar are kept clean.
