Be warned it's a long way, about half an hour on the bus, from Heraklion city centre if you don't have your own transport. When I was there only one bus an hour to take you, as there was no schedule this meant a lot of sitting at bus stops. The hotel itself is very pleasant and the staff were friendly, it was clean, breakfast was quite poor but for the price not unexpected.
