As always, Prince of Wales Boat Quay remains a great place to stay whilst visiting Singapore...with outstanding location and even better staff, I would throughly recommend this hostel

So glad I chose to stay at Prince of Wales, Boat Quay rather than the more 'backpacker' areas of Singapore like Little India. The location was incredible; bars and restaurants all at walking distance as well as every tourist attraction Singapore has to offer only a stones throw away. PoW had the best atmosphere of any hostel I have stayed in; live music in the bar, cheap beers & discount on food for guests and clean, practical dorms. As a backpacker, I couldn't ask for more! Thanks PoW!

Free soap, clean place, wifi, good location, no personal light, plug,towel not allowed to eat in the dorm anyway, I love this place, b\'cos it\'s close to the river

This is an excellent hostel, primarily because of its location, but also the friendliness of the staff. Clean, comfortable and with pub below, I would highly recommend the P.O.W. Boat Quay
