staff werent overly helpful at times. sometimes when you asked for help it was almost like an inconvenience to them. on the plus side, there was a shopping centre across the road

Very nice and friendly staff. Was a nice single room, but cozy than I expected. Inside the room, you have a mini-kitchenette where is possible prepare your own food. Located near the main train station, the bus stop to the Salt Mines (for ex.), and 10 min. walk to city center. Just on the other side of the street there is a Shopping Center, and even in a busy area, was quiet and silent to sleep. Good wireless connection is a plus. A place for spending a couple of nights in the city.

it was very good value, very well decorated, good facilities, and quiet.

The rooms were cute, you received complimentary soap and clean towels and tea in the cabinets. However, the security confused me a little bit. For one, there was no safety deposit box. Also, the entry to the unit was a little odd. At one entry to the premise, you need to use the buzzer and someone needs to let you in unless you have the key. But then along the side, close to a big open space and a very busy road and shopping center, there is an open gate. A little scary living on the main floor

I got a single room, next to reception. Room was fine but small. Large but but didn't use it, only polish channels, radio & the/coffee facilities in room. Nice bathroom but I got a problem with the shower, water was always too cold or too hot, impossible to set a different temperature! Window is facing a large street so kind of noisy in the morning. Window has no shutter, so prepare for a lot of light to wake you up! Staff was nice. Very good location, opposite a large mall and train/bus station

Verry nice, everthing ok, good price, verry nice staff.

I stayed twice at Princess Apts. The first time, I really liked my room. It had a fridge and a stove top both of which I made use of. Nice view, quiet. The second room had no fridge, and fronted the street and traffic and was right off reception which means you can hear everyone who visits reception. Also, the shower water never got hot (I think they'll fix this). I don't think I should have to pay for towels and I think every room should have the same amenities. VERY close to train station, tho
