Jack and other staff were excellent. very friendly and looked after us really well. They arranged all the tours and made our stay very pleasant. Nice Hotel, good breakfast (but no coffee though!)
Internet only 10 EP per stay
Staff is really friendly and not more pusshy then elsewhere..but Wet Bank Tour is overpriced!
Room was not so clean, I had no towel, toiletpaper nor soap but was helped really clickly
Airporttransfer is only free when you come from the airport, not when you leave!
Keep these into account and you will have a nice stay..Nice Hotel, good breakfast (but no coffee though!)

The staff here were some of the best I have met, very welcoming and helpful. Lots of added bonuses like occasional free rides to sights. I felt very at home here. This is one of the best hotels we stayed in in Egypt. The owners are really lovely and went out of their way to help me get medicine/get better when I got heat stroke from the deserts. They also have a really good breakfast! The tour is really good and worth doing with Aladdin! Although the products he tries to sell you are a bit of a rip.This is one of the best hotels we stayed in in Egypt. I really loved this hostel, very clean, great location (very near the train station and the temples). The arranged tour was great and the staff was great as well.
I also really liked the terrace and the abundant breakfast.

This place was fantastic value for money. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable and I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. The staff were really helpful, & always willing to run out and pick things up for us to ensure we werent overcharged by the locals. The rooftop was perfect for chilling out in the shade. Breakfast was included & all drinks they sold were at low prices. Excellent hostel, stay here you won't regret it!!This place was fantastic value for money. We felt so at home and welcome at the princess hotel that we extended our stay in Luxor. The staff were amazing, so helpful. My wife and I stayed in a total of 6 places during our trip to Egypt and this is by far the best. The room was clean and pretty big, staff was friendly, price was great, location was good. I have no complaints about The Princess Hotel and definetely recommend it.
