We enjoyed our stay at Princess Salme. Staff was very helpful in arranging spice tour, transport and other info. The breakfast was excellent and we really appreciated having the water/beer fridge available. Our room was clean and good value. It is a little off the beaten track , but we always felt safe.

Cute guesthouse within walking distance to Stone Town attractions and close to the ferry terminal. We enjoyed the roof-top area and breakfast. Rooms with ensuite are much bigger than without, so if you can spend a bit more I think it is worth it.

very nice hostel. The owner was really nice and gave us some good directions. Only stayed one night but would go there again when in stone town.

The staff was very nice and courteous. I love the rooftop area and the breakfast was excellent. The location is alright, but a little dark when you go back home at night.
