Stayed here for 2 days with a friend and the staff was amazing. They were all so kind and helpful with anything we needed. They were able to answer any questions we had, recommended good places to eat as well as places to stay away from that were tourist traps. They even set up transportation to our next destination for us. And the complementary breakfast was absolutely amazing and very filling. Wifi was a little spotty in some places in the hotel.

Great place to stay in Zanizbar if you're looking for a more urban experience. Quick walk to stone town and very close to the ferry. Rooftop bar was cozy and a peaceful place to eat breakfast. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the price was fair.

Loved staying here! The old building is not modern, but it has a perfect Stone Town charm. It's a short walk from the center of town where the markets and museums are. It is also conveniently located close to the ferry port, useful if you are taking a boat to Dar. The staff were very friendly and made us delicious breakfast with a view on the rooftop each morning!

Princess Salme Inn is in a very convenient location right across from the ferry harbour and a short walk to Stonetown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and served in the pretty rooftop bar. The room was small and basic but perfect for my needs. Had a mosquito net. There was a 5% charge for using a credit/debit card to pay, which I did not know before I arrived. The wifi did not really work properly,. Otherwise it was good accommodation.
