the bathroom is quite small! however, for the price, you can't expect more! It's location is brilliant, you're at the big ben in no time! a lot of thing are within walking distance and for the things that aren't as close, there is a Metro station and train station very close to the hostel.

This hostel is very comfortable and fairly clean, with great staff, the hostel is 3min away from the bakerloo line and a 10 walk from Waterloo station, the only downside is the the bunks are 3 tier and they should all have access to there own plug sockets, but other than that great hostel, for me it is up there as one of the best. PLEASE READERS understand that this is a hostel not the Savoy so dont expect it to be, you get what you pay for and that is a clean, comfortable bed wid hot water

Overall it was grand. Too few wall sockets though.

The only thing that I didn't like in this hostel is the breakfast, it's very poor and the time that is served is very short (from 7am to 9am).

It's my home in London..I'll always be back! Been coming here for six years off and on...wouldn't stay in any other hostel unless I had to! Thank you to the staff for always being amazing! See you soon

The rooms might be a little cramped if there are everyone in the room. However, the location is perfect (just ten-minutes-walk to London Eye and Westminster Bridge or Waterloo station). The staff are really friendly and the pub downstairs is nice. The hostel is ideal for backpackers not looking for luxury but a cheap, conveniently located hostel.

Value for money and very close to the attractions

Nice staff, nice location and the building was nice. of course it is a budget hostel so it's not very clean but overall I enjoyed it. No kitchen though.

Very good place to stay, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too.

The Pub is OK, but the rooms are awful. Full of people and it has no space between the triple beds. Its not very clean. The lockers are outside of the room and are extremely small. Its really hard to feel secure over there. My mobile was stolen inside the room. It doesn’t have kitchen and you are not allowed to bring food or drinks inside the hostel. The breakfast is terrible. The staff is not good at all. Only one guy, from Barcelona, was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Nothing extraordinary, but still very decent place to stay.

The location is perfect. It lies in a walking distance from the London Eye and from the Waterloo Station. The beds were too tight though. There were 3 beds in the bunk instead of the usual 2, so for me getting in and getting out of any of the three levels of the bunk was tough. The bathrooms were not always clean properly, so many times the drain was blocked.

The characterisation "you get what you pay for" pretty much applies. The location is not all that bad but it isn't great either. This hostel is somewhat dirty. On the other hand, its probably one of the cheapest hostels in London. So take your pick--stay here if you want something cheap and are willing to deal with these drawbacks; or stay somewhere else for better facilities but that cost more.

This place is great..very homely..I always stay here!!

The reception is in a bar among drunk ppl and smell of pee. The lowest level of three-storey is only for horizontal position, no height for sitting. Around 4 am, a group of 6 ppl returned from partying, and it was not a quiet entry. It is nice they offer breakfast, but the atmosphere, and the service are not what one would expect. One good thing, i had to change my booking, and that was very smooth and caused no problems (Y). Location is very good as well. London eye in 10 min walk.

This hostel was a bit average. It's one of the most expensive ones I have stayed at, and it didn't really live up to the comparisons of others. There is a bar attached with only a few rooms as the actual hostel, which makes for very loud nights. The targeted age group seemed a bit too old for me (I'm 21). Good location though: short walk to Westminster area with many important landmarks.

Place could use some updates in the rooms.

for a London hostel this is great

Great hostel could have done with a kitchen or more food options than just pizza. Only black mark on the stay was a guy who snored like a train in the room. If you snore chronically do not book a room with 12 other people you will keep up all night. Not a reflection on the hostel though just a general comment.

The only good thing is the location. Evening staff were focused on local pub clients. Only the italian guy who works in the morning was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small to the number of guests. It was very difficult to find a small place on the floor to your baggage so you can imagine how difficult was to walk without stepping in everything. Rooms were wet and have a bad smell. Only 2 showers/toilets for all the guests.
