This is a very basic hostel in an excellent location. You do share a dorm (and a bathroom) with a lot of other people, but while I was there everybody was very courteous and respectful so it wasn't an issue. The rooms and beds were clean, breakfast was included and you get money off dinner in the pub downstairs. The beds are triple bunks, and the top one is very high. If you are not happy sleeping so far off the floor (or you sleepwalk!) then you should say so on the booking form

If you want something cheap and well located this is perfect. It is nothing fancy and the fiirst place ever, where I had three bunk beds above each other, but it wasnt too bad. Its nice that the breakfast is already included- the only problem is that there are too few showers for too many people.

It was more than I expected for the price and I felt very well, the only negative aspect to point out was that I was given a bunk bed in the middle (there were 3 levels in each) and it was too high, difficult to come into and out of and the worst was, and I was really worried about it THAT IT DID NOT HAVE A SIDE, so I couldn t really sleep because I was scared of falling off. THE SECOND BED IS TOO HIGH TO BE WITHOUT SIDE! AND IT IS DANGEROUS TO FALL OFF DURING THE SLEEP. THIS IS ALL.

Everything I expected for such a good price, I have seen worse breakfasts for more money before! on the downside I would prefer a self catering kitchen and free lockers if I was going to stay more long term.

Excellent burgers! Like, really really good! Met some great people staying at the hostel and we had bunch of fun at the bar. The hostel is missing a chill area with sofas, TV, etc. for when sitting at the bar isn't your thing. Highly recommend using Rent a cycle to bike to and from the center. It's more fun, cheaper than the tube and takes just few minutes.

It's a definitely great value for the money you pay and everything given in the description matches the reality. The cheapest option is being one of 24 in a room sleeping in 3-storey bunks. The security was ok, two doors with codes provided and if needed locker can be rented for 4 pounds. The location for such price is just excellent - Victoria station is less than 10 minutes away (by foot).

Had a great night's stay at The White Ferry. Arrived very late at night to a warm welcome and comfy hostel. Staff were great, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and breakfast simple but plentiful. They are triple bunk beds but this is an old building, the ceiling is very high! Anything less would be a waste of space and would result in higher prices for no reason. Transport easy, especially recommended for Victoria coach and train station.

There's no working light in the bathroom and the bar below it can be loud. Some staff members were very helpful but others not at all,

This place stinks pigeons! The toilet was bad! However, it was nice having a bar to meet some people. The Portuguese girl who works in the reception was really nice.

We only stayed in this hostel for one night, but it was absolutely enough for us. The gentleman at the front desk was not friendly whatsoever and acted almost as if he had better things to do than to check us in and answer our few questions regarding lockers, room codes, ect. The beds were horribly rickety and the lockers were the size of a very small purse. The bathrooms weren't clean. The free breakfast was burnt coffee and bread and the dishes provided were filthy.

Bed Bug Heaven , Fresh Bedbugs to ea\t you alive . 28 Bites in one night itching and scabs for over a week now . What can i say come stay,at your peril

Lockers are too small, in the hall there is a lack of sockets, besides that it's a great place where to stay

Staff were really helpfull.

Location is excellent and staff is very good, i could enjoy my staying

Is a quite far from the station The reception is the same bar attendents, and if they are busy with their clients you just have to wait. The hostel looks dirty principally the bathrooms was like iif they dont cleaning up dail. The access door for the room was broken (the access code was not necessary) so everybody can get into, and was a room of 15 people was not enough plugger stations Dont have storebaggage it was a cellar where any could enter and take any suitcase Can not make reservatio

12 bed dorm, fully occupied: There are no storage facilities for Backpacks etc. and it was a MESS! There were belongings EVERYWHERE. I had to shove things out of the way. There are 3 tier bunk beds and no room to store luggage under beds. They try and put too many people into a room. There is a little locker for small bags and valuable items though. Very POOR bathing facilities. Only one shower incl.toilet for whole floor. Had to go to another floor to shower/toilet. Great location for 1night.

There were only two of three working showers for four bedrooms (one of them with 24 persons). The staff members were a little rude, except for one (blond and tall guy) he was so kind.

Clean and tidy place, and always full of occupants as this is one of the famous hostels in London Some of the staff were friendly. The staff works by rules and they are so strict with it. Lack of power sockets in rooms is a major issue, where there was only 4 working sockets for 15 bed room

Very nice location next to Victoria Coach Station and to Buckingham Palace. It was why I chose it and it didn't disappoint.

This place was a really cool hostel, very close to Victoria Coach Station, really nice staff. The bar downstairs has a good atmosphere. Only suggestion is to maybe add some vegetarian options to the bar menu and reading lights in the beds. I would definitely recommend this hostel, especially if you need to catch a coach early in the morning.
