Could use a communal kitchen but other than that it was a good experience

A little too cramped. Bar is nice but expansive (although in London what isn't). Toilet would clogged up and the hot watter would not last for long.

Not too bad. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, you get what you paid for. Clean sheets and a pretty comfy bed which is always nice after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly in their own way but I wasn't around too much. If you ever have a question they are really great and helpful! I love that you can store you're luggage even after you check out. The location is convenient and cute area. I will definitely go back when I'm in London.

decent hostel, great location

Pretty average. No where to eat or prepare any food. Only common room is the bar.. Close to Victoria coach, train and tube stations

Great traditional English style hostel!

It was a nice place, but be aware that there is no kitchen and food is forbidden, and you might also discover a new species of beds: bunks that are three beds high! But the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The White Ferry was an overall very nice hostel. We arrived on an overnight bus very early (5:30 AM) and the desk worker was not particularly welcoming or interested in helping us store our luggage immediately, or giving us a place to sit (instead focusing on finishing cleaning the floors). So, the first impression was not great, but afterwards, everything was good--filling breakfast, clean rooms, only wished they would allow outside food in the hostel!

Next time I'll be staying somewhere else. The location is the only good thing, close to Victoria. Hostel above a regular boring pub open for everyone in town. No room for meeting people, didn't even feel like a hostel. No kitchen and no fridge. Showers and toilets kinda clogged, wi-fi didn't work well, small lockers, no mirror in bedroom, only 4 plugs for 12 people, triple bunks really uncomfortable, they would shake a lot and there was not enough space between the bunks to sit on your own bed.

Cheap and cheerful! The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The top Bunk was a bit daunting but beyond that it was a very agreeable hostel in a handy location.

Kind of far from the station but aside from that, this is a decent hostel.

very good place to stay in London, its cheap, near to all atractions, easy to find. The staff is fantactic, good atmosfhere, secure and funny. I will recomend that place to them who travel alone or couples, but not with kids.

Some staff members are extremely un helpful, and there is no storage space for your bags in the rooms, especially when you have many beds. The chips and pizza are great, as is breakfast. Nightlife at the hostel is almost non existent. good location. Overall an alright experience.

Ten min walk away from Victoria station. Quiet neighbourhood. Helpful and service-minded staff.

Staff were lovey and helpful. Would have liked a kitchen or common area but was nice to sit in the pub :) Very close to Victoria coach station which was handy.

Having to walk 15 minutes to get to the nearest tube station wasn't ideal, but it was nice that the Victoria station was a major bus and train station.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, as I was travelling alone- good choice

Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Not as central as it could be. No real common room other than the pub.

Staff is friendly but it's very expansive ... the dormitory is very big (about 30 people inside...) and of course noisy. Very few showers and not really clean. No towel, no computer. Breakfast is ok.

Based on other reviews, many people liked the staff. I only booked 1 night, and it was the worst staff, completely rude. Place was filthy and very unsecure, and HOT! Only 10-15 min walk from station, not too bad, but definitely not worth the money. I've stayed at over 40 hostels and must say this has been the worst
