Good hostel overall with a great location. Staff were excellent, really friendly. The staff are Argentinian, with Irish grandparents, it is not run by Irish. Breakfast could have been better but overall I would recommend the hostel.

This hostel is over-rated. Don't expect any Irish influence just because the lonely planet mentions it being run by an irish couple. Breakfast is only adequate-why bother to go to the trouble of cutting thin slices of a long French roll. They should invest in some comfortable seating for tv room and a blind. There are better hostels to stay in in Bariloche but overall there is nothing actually wrong with it. The view is the saving grace of the place.

Nice little hostel a few mins from Bariloche´s main streets. Maze-like layout, rooms a touch on the small size, but clean, bed and shower was good. Views of the lake are excellent. Breakfast was basic but plenty of it. Free internet, but wifi didn´t work well in the rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.
