We only stayed here for a couple of hours for our transit to Peru. It seems like a nice hostel, the 8 bed dorm was a bit noisy due to the traffic from the road (and 3 people snorring). The double rooms looked way better and are also better located in the hostel.

Its a great place which shows in that there are several guests who ended up staying here for a couple weeks giving it a more friendly atmosphere. Great kitchen and only a few blocks from the metro station.

This is a hostel where you just keep on staying!! I planned to stay there for a couple of days and ended up staying for 10 days. It is a great place to meet other people, as they have a nice common area. A large kitchen where you can cook, which will make your stay cheaper. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to BA!!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Puerto Limon. The main living space is light and airy and the courtyard is fantastic - a really easy hostel for meeting people. The room was quiet and the airconditioner meant that I slept like a baby. Breakfast is pretty basic - would be nice to add some fruit or something. I would definitely come back here!

Free walking tour information available, staff was very helpful. The rooms had air conditioning. The building beside us was being demolished so it was loud in the mornings. The location as great, we were near the main square and we went for free tango lesson in a hostel near by. There was a great market near by for fresh fruit. The hostel has a chill, artsy ambiance.

the staff was very friendly at this hostel, unfortunately our room was very noisy and people kept coming in at all times of the morning turning on the lights and talking extremely loud, i think this is not fair as we all pay to have a decent nights sleep, they can come in but no need for being noisy and turning lights on when there are other people sleeping. apart from this our time at puerto limon was enjoyable.

Puerto Limon is a nice hostel in San Telmo, Buenos Aires. The kitchen is really good and the patio outside is nice! The dorms are really small so you don't have a lot of space to put your stuff away. The metro is only 5 minutes walking, therefore you can reach the rest of the city easily. The staff is nice too and try to help you with evetything. The breakfast is basic, dulce de leche AGAIN! But I would stay here again!
