Staff were very helpful. The rooftop restaurant had great views and an extensive menu. There were laundry options available. Great location just back from the Ghats. Our room (4th floor) has stunning view of the Ganges. The only negative is that we stayed there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. Plus there was never any hot water for the shower. Great value though...
