Our room was dirty, also in need of some paint. The place in general was nice.

I would recommend this hostel to people based on its interior decoration and style!! It is a hostel with character. It is very well run and organised and the staff are very knowledgeable. I was very impressed!

Small rooms with shared bathrooms (way overused), make for an experience not worth 20 dollars a night. There is, however, an excellent Iraqi restaurant just down the street. With the number of people who stay, the staff is somewhat swamped, and good info about the city is hard to get from them.

You get exactly what you pay plus some cockroach in gratis :) But I really enjoyed the stay here. Good shared areas(except some privacy problem), everything is close, good room with air condition, friendly staff.

First, I was a little shocked when I arrived, because a big group of Brittish teenagers had "taken over" the hostel. after they left, the hostel turned out te be a great place to chill, hang out, meet other people and feel at home. I stayed longer then I intended! Staff is very friendly and helps you with everything.
