I highly recommend punto clave for anyone travelling through rosario. it made our stay 10 times better. The owners were helpful in all aspects. A home away from home!

No locks on the doors for the rooms or bathrooms. Breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee and two tiny croissants. Really cheap, but hopefully you can do better in Rosario.
