I had a great night at Purple Peak! Darin and the girls are excellent hosts and really friendly. The weather was beautiful and I joined in the BBQ which was awesome! Purple Peak is very relaxed and is a really chilled out place to stay in beautiful surroundings. The hostel has great character and was warm, clean and comfortable for my stay. Darin made sure I was happy and had everything I needed. My only criticism is that I didn\'t stay longer!! Definitely worth a visit.

This place is exactly what I came to New Zealand for! A stunning location totally off the beaten track, surrounded by amazing wildlife and walking country, I cannot describe how beautiful the views are! A very comfortable and friendly hostel, great BBQ food and access to many activities, I cant recommend it enough!
