Very nice and helpful staff. Red Light District, but clean and quiet. Cool bars and restaurants, a few steps to the harbor

The Pyjama Park Hotel & Hostel was just like an oasis when you entered from the Reeperbahn. Staff was very kind and helpful and would have walked the extra mile to make your stay even more pleasant. There is a really cozy huge balcony where you could sit outside and have breakfast without any street noise. It's good to know that there is no elevator in this building so pack lightly;-)

Pyjama Park really surprised us because we were expecting a typical hostel with no luxuries, and when we arrived we noticed that the hostel offered us towels, shampoo and candy. The room was really nice. Shower was a bit dirty and the drain was pretty blocked but other than that the bathroom was great. The breakfast we tried once and it was ok. The staff was really friendly and nice!

Quite a decent hotel in a red light district of hamburg. Breakfasts are nice, but you have to pay extra. There are refurbishment works going on in the hotel right now. Overall my stay there was ok, the room was clean and quiet.

An excellent stay and an excellent hostel. The staff were great and the place was very clean and tidy, nothing but positive feedback to give. The location is excellent, especially if you are looking to have a fun night out on the reeperbahn!

There was only one fire/emergency exit, which is the normal/main staircase. I felt a bit locked in at the 4th floor. Would be a reason to book this furthermore pleasant - not to exciting - hostel again.

We stayed in the hostel two nights and it was worth it. Even the location! It's near a U-bahn station and a S-bahn, so you have quick access to all the touristic parts (it's also near from the city center). The breakfast is a little expensive, but is delicious. The atmosphere is also great, the room was clean and comfortable.

Really clean comfortable rooms, right on the Reeperbahn and close to the station so very central. not a very social place however, I didn't see anyone else who was staying there in my three nights! It was really weird. Also the Internet is appalling in the rooms but all in all really nice place to stay.

I stayed in a private room and everything was good and clean. And the staff was really nice at all time. Just have a few problems with the internet signal inside the room. Definitely a very good place to stay in Hamburg. Keep going like that!

Great location, vibrant pulse from Spielbundenplatz and "Kieztanke" right outside.

If you like the Reeperbahn, you'll like the location. I wasn't a huge fan of it. The room I got had a faint odor I couldn't place, maybe cigarette smoke. The bathroom and room were very clean. The linens and things were very new. As far as atmosphere goes, they didn't have any planned activities and no one hung out in a common room. This would be a good place if you're traveling in a group. The staff was very friendly.
