Very nice and helpful staff. Red Light District, but clean and quiet. Cool bars and restaurants, a few steps to the harbor

The Pyjama Park Hotel & Hostel was just like an oasis when you entered from the Reeperbahn. Staff was very kind and helpful and would have walked the extra mile to make your stay even more pleasant. There is a really cozy huge balcony where you could sit outside and have breakfast without any street noise. It's good to know that there is no elevator in this building so pack lightly;-)

Nice that you liked it. And you had good weather. This is not always normal in Hamburg. Otherwise, you would not mention the terrace;-) Linen and towels should be with no charge! We think it is a "no go" to charge a price for a privateroom and get more money for the linen... who wants to sleep without sheets already ;-) take care your pyjamas

Pyjama Park really surprised us because we were expecting a typical hostel with no luxuries, and when we arrived we noticed that the hostel offered us towels, shampoo and candy. The room was really nice. Shower was a bit dirty and the drain was pretty blocked but other than that the bathroom was great. The breakfast we tried once and it was ok. The staff was really friendly and nice!

Thank you for your great review. It became very pleased that you have you felt comfortable and you enjoyed our renovation. The drain of the sink is simple to open one in which it expresses. It works like a light switch. Once closed, press and furthermore times he is open again. Because there are design sink that is a bit tricky .... sorry for that. Bedding set, Towels and candy are free in our hostel because we want to be a hostel with the "budget hotel" claim. We feel it naughty you 2 - or 3 - Euro to collect for bedding. Its a "no go" from other hostels. not our style. We hope you visit us again soon to try out the drain again;-) takecare your pajamas

Quite a decent hotel in a red light district of hamburg. Breakfasts are nice, but you have to pay extra. There are refurbishment works going on in the hotel right now. Overall my stay there was ok, the room was clean and quiet.

An excellent stay and an excellent hostel. The staff were great and the place was very clean and tidy, nothing but positive feedback to give. The location is excellent, especially if you are looking to have a fun night out on the reeperbahn!

There was only one fire/emergency exit, which is the normal/main staircase. I felt a bit locked in at the 4th floor. Would be a reason to book this furthermore pleasant - not to exciting - hostel again.

We stayed in the hostel two nights and it was worth it. Even the location! It's near a U-bahn station and a S-bahn, so you have quick access to all the touristic parts (it's also near from the city center). The breakfast is a little expensive, but is delicious. The atmosphere is also great, the room was clean and comfortable.

Really clean comfortable rooms, right on the Reeperbahn and close to the station so very central. not a very social place however, I didn't see anyone else who was staying there in my three nights! It was really weird. Also the Internet is appalling in the rooms but all in all really nice place to stay.

Hi! You have visited us in a very quiet time. Sorry but at Christmas time, most are with their families. When you went through the breakfast room you saw a door next to the kitchen. There we build in January a great Community-room with TV, computer corner, lounge chairs and so on. We hope the next time when you visit us is something more going on and this new great room invites you to chill out. The WiFi we are right now checking in your "Coke Room". It makes me almost mad because we check it every day and now have 14! installed routers. We are working with full speed on it !. hope to c ya soon again on reeperbahn yours stephan

I stayed in a private room and everything was good and clean. And the staff was really nice at all time. Just have a few problems with the internet signal inside the room. Definitely a very good place to stay in Hamburg. Keep going like that!

Hello! Thanks for the compliment! We are happy that you liked your stay in PYJAMA-PARK and look forward to welcoming you soon again. With the WiFi we had some problems initially. Have changed provider and invested heavily in new technology. Thank you for this information. We will view the system where you slept and will verify receipt and improve or enhance. Greetings from Hamburg Stephan

If you like the Reeperbahn, you'll like the location. I wasn't a huge fan of it. The room I got had a faint odor I couldn't place, maybe cigarette smoke. The bathroom and room were very clean. The linens and things were very new. As far as atmosphere goes, they didn't have any planned activities and no one hung out in a common room. This would be a good place if you're traveling in a group. The staff was very friendly.

Thank you in advance. Unfortunately there are always guests who do not stick to it that we are a Non smoking hotel. If we catch them, there is a fee for a very thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, we do not catch any. But we always try to keep our house clean and smoke-free. If during your next visit something does not fit, ... give us the chance to come to the front desk and we will try to make a room swap. We are sorry for that "small faint" take care and hope to c ya soon again to make it better your pyjamas
