We really had an awesome time in Ny, the hostel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful if you need something. The metro station is close to the hostel, so you dont have Any problem to move anywhere. The kitchen has al you need to cook your meal, there is a grocery store close to buy food.

Very well maintained and clean hostel. Spacious rooms. Close to three subway stations from where you can quickly get to Manhattan / Brooklyn / JFK. The common are is gorgeous and very spacious. Only problem is the noise as the hostel is very close to a busy street and the overground subway track. Also, if you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is probably not the right place for you as not too many bars, cafes and restaurants around.

I really liked the hostel, location, atmosphere and space. Super nice kitchen and basement area. Great value for money!!! My only complain is that is was the worst bed I've ever slept in!!! Having been traveling for half a year all around America this says a lot. But part from that I really enjoyed my stay and the nice place.

The staff in the afternoon was really unfriendly and unmotivated. At the reception desk you should at least pretend to welcome your guest. What I missed too were some signs in the building to find the common room, kitchen, etc. At the beginning I felt a little bit lost. The rooms were ok and clean. I didnt really like the atmosphere. The free tour they offer is awesome though, christl was fun and gave us a great tour of New York.

Hotel was a nice, modern place. Very clean and everthing there. Trains are a bit loud and the location is not A, but still a B though. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Good location, right next to metro stop. However, totally different vibe/atmosphere compared to European hostels. No party vibe, staff were not at all helpful or friendly, no information about sights, no map given, not even how are you.

Very hip place to stay and events to meet people are put together for occupants. Staff is well informed and able to resolve all problems quickly.

Very good, would recommend to anybody. Very close to Manhatten with excellent facilities, especially the kitchen. Much better then many hotels to be found in the city!

Great location. Only about two or three stops away from Times Square. Staff was OK and not really friendly. This place does not serve any breakfast but there is a Subway across the street. The only thing I didn't like is my room (Male 6-Bed ) had no windows to open for fresh air. It smelled like a dirty gym locker in that room. This is the room directly behind the lobby counter. Finally, there is a locker there and is not big enough for your carry-on. It fits Masterlock combo locks!

Nice hostel, staff where pretty friendly and helpful, not really a lot of people around to meet and the location is a bit out of the way. Overall its about the best hostel you can find in NYC though. They do charge for storing luggage however the girl at reception let me off when i explained I only needed to store it for a few hours.

This is a decent hostel, it's clean and the staff will help you out with whatever you need. They had a lounge on the second floor but it was pretty empty. It would be cool if they had more stuff to give it character, like books or something where you can hang out in the morning or at night maybe.

I loved the location, the staff and everything but I didn't like the small size of the lockers. You hardly can but a medium size luggage there. Besides that, I really liked the place.

It was very easy to find the hostel from the metro station, there are some shops, restaurant. The room was simple and modern style I love it, but I felt the staff was not friendly when I checked in they didin't do explanation of facilities.
