We had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean, and provided everything we needed. It was very small, but that's to be expected in Paris. My only negative comment would be about the breakfast, it was terrible. The milk was left un-refrigerated which was sour, as were the yoghurts and cheeses. Your 12 euro would be better spent elsewhere. Apart from that I would stay there again. Location great, very close to the metro station, short rise into the centre of town.
