Kinda old and run down. It should be noted that the owner requests payment in US dollars upon arrival...in order to pay in Argentine pesos he wants you to pay black market rates (30% higher than the listed price). This equals the hassle of arriving after an overnight bus to an argument about pricing and exchange rates. We almost walked out before he lowered the rate (we still payed more than the rate we booked on hostelworld). NOT COOL.
