I was very happy to stay at this hostel. The laundry service was great. The breakfast was really nice, and the laundry service was super fast. All in all, I wish I had an extra day or two here. This hostel was a great price close to everything i needed.
The breakfast is nothing special . Really helpfull staff .
This hostel was more like a hotel. It was clean, quiet enough, great breakfast buffet, and had an incredibly kind
We were disappointed by breakfast. it wasn't replenished after the first wave of travellers so we didn't have much to eat - and we went for breakfast at 7:30am.
Although it was difficult to converse with the staff, we were able to get everything that was needed so no hard complaints here other than weak wifi. There was free coca tea and hot water upon arrival, free computer terminals and a rather cute, cozy 3 BR for our group w/ a personal bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly good with different breads, fresh avocado, cold cuts and juices to refresh us for the day.
Very homely hostel and good to relax and chill out definitely not a party place. The staff are friendly but have very little English. The breakfast is good with nicer rolls then most other hostels and offer some fruit and the option of ham, cheese and avacado as well as jam.
Nice place, good showerd, good breakfast, clean, organised us a lake tour via email in advance and had a taxi waiting for us at the bus stop! Only problem was the staff seemed a bit uncommunicative sometimes and basically lived in the lobby so it felt a bit weird hanging out there! But all that aside, it was great. Go here in Puno for sure :)
Teeny tiny double bed, neither of us are tall or big but felt a little squeezed in to the double.
There were not many people staying here when I visited so the atmosphere wasn't great. If you're just after a good night sleep though it's perfect. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly.
A very safe, quiet location with friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast included.
This is a great place to stay in Puno. Nice hot showers, good brekkie. The the man there, I didn't get his name was extremely helpful with our trips to the islands and our bus trip to Copacabana. Highly recommend this place (:
We stayed in this hostel in October 2013 and had a very nice stay. We had a nice private room with a private bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good atmosphere in the hostel. An excellent breakfast was included and WiFi was available in the room . We have no hesitation in recommending this hostel.
The hostel is very close to city center and you have everything you need to. The breakfast is very good - not only with jam, butter and pane as in every other place, but with fresh fruits, juices, cheese and meat. Staff is very helpful, also when you want to book a tour around Titikaka lake. Rooms are very good with very comfortable beds.
Perfect hostel, great location and staff very helpful, couldn't have found a better hostel in Puno.

When you first walk in, the hostel feels super warm and smells like cinnamon. It gives such a wonderful feeling after being out in Puno/Lake Titicaca when the temperature DROPS once the sun goes down. The staff were helpful, breakfast was great, coca leaf tea was served 24-7, oh and pay with cash, the machine doesn't work. But if you're traveling in South America, you know that anyway :)
Very helpful staff. Booked the tour around Lake Titicaca through the hostel and they complied with all the requests i.e. English speaking guide, transfer from and to the hostel, etc. The hostel room was spacious with tidy bathroom.
This is a great place to stay for good service and a nice clean room. Puno in itself is pretty boring so that's probably why this hostel has a boring vibe to it. It's more of a 3 star hotel than a hostel. The staff are great and have good recommendations. We got upgraded to a private room as they had availability. This hostel is in a great location and all the locals know it.
Very nice and clean hostel, friendly staff. We could even print out for free.
Really -- really -- cold, but I just wore extra layers to bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. I'd stay here again if the weather was a little warmer during my visit to Puno. The ground floor rooms are not really quiet. You can hear every little conversation going on in the common room, so if you want to go to bed earlier than like 11, request a room on one of the upper levels. Warm bread and coffee for breakfast. Didn't use the shower, so can't comment on that.
