Amazing place to stay friendly staff, clean and safe

Not a clean hostel in comparison to others I have stayed in in London. Nor is it good value for money, considering the building condition, staff friendliness and location of other hostels in London.

not really a hostel more a pub with beds upstairs. Wifi didn't work and the kitchen was just a kettle and a microwave, not even a sink.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and really try to make your stay as nice as possible. However, the hostel itself is very rundown and dirty ie. mould and blocked drains in the showers, no heating in the rooms (freezing) and the fridge stank like it hadn't had a clean out in years, possibly decades. So the atmosphere was nice, but the hostel is not sorry. For the money it is fine, but if you can afford somewhere else, stay there.

One of the cheapest hostel in London so you get what you pay for. Staff is very friendly! No WiFi in the room but it is available in the common room which is also a bar. Bathrooms are in a different building from the 15 person room so need to walk outside to use it. Beds are comfortable but the room itself wasn't extremely clean, dusty in the crevices mostly. Breakfast is £1.50 and pretty decent.

Great hostel located in the city center. The place is clean, the rooms are tidy and the beds confy. They provide lockers for valuables and there is a nice bar area with cheap drinks. The atmosphere created by all the staff, especially John, is really amazing. They are super friendly and make you feel at home. Nothing bad about this place, I definitely recommand !

Personally as a traveler , first impressions last and I was very impressed with my initial engagement . They guided me all the way to the hostel over the phone and even came to greet me at the main road as I arrived quite late. For me , that is brilliant hospitality and genuine service. I am a true believer of instinct and feeling at home. Queen Elizabeth offers all that and more. On occasions , staff went out of their way to show guests the pretty river scenery & duck feeding exp!

Good for a value hostel. 15 minute walk to the tube. They locked up my big bag in a separate room for free. Garbages changed every day generally quite clean. Wifi was good. Would recommend thaiphoon restaurant nearby for great thai food at reasonable prices. Would stay here again.

Far from subway, no Wifi in the rooms, rooms are tiny , beds so unconfortabke, and the staff was more focused attending the pub than attending the hostel.

Lovely staff. Justin in particular! Nice atmosphere about the place. You get what you pay for, but in this case there are lots of additional things that contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Would stay again!

The staff are the best part: very friendly and welcoming! On the downside, the bathrooms and showers weren't great.

Perfect location and the heart of London, nice staff, laud noise specially weekends as it's literally a pup, Clean place, clean beds, clean bathrooms, medium safety due to the pup and a lot of drunks around, poor breakfast but okay.
