It's OK overall. The location is spectacular, close to the tube, really clean and safe neighborhood. It's a pretty old hostel, the floors creeks a lot. I could only find one bathroom per floor, but was not the biggest of problems. Regular cleaness. The room felt quite small. The triple bunk beds are definitely annoying, had such a small gap between the beds, getting in was a challenge. For a short stay it's a good choice, cheapest hostel I've ever found in London + awesome location. Good staff.

This place needs a serious update and renovation! The uneven floor worried me and it felt a bit squishy like the floor was about to give in and you would be falling into the pub below. There also needs to be a reception for the hostel that has someone to man it as well as serving the bar especially at peak times when guests for the hostel are arriving. Bathroom windows need to have a better blind over them so you don't feel that everyone is watching you from the outside.

It would be nice if there were lockers in the rooms. There aren't enough bathrooms for everyone staying there. The location was poor. Far from everything you would want to see as a tourist. Luckily the one staff member was really nice (I believe his name was Justin?). He made up for some of the failings of this hostel.

It was perfecr

Only stayed one night and I was mostly sleeping but it was very good, friendly staff, very welcoming and it seemed like a nice place to stay when in London :)

very friendly staff always around to help you out with any questions. really good prices. Friendly people and locals also highly recommended this hostel.

I enjoyed it. Thanks the staff.

Great hostel, just minute walk from Chelsea. Nice people and really helpful staff.

Peter was kind and helpful. If I have a chance to visit London, I would stay here again.

hostel, clean, tidy, the friendliest staff, won't find a better hostel in london

Some of the shower head holders in the bathroom were broken, so you may need to hold the shower head in order to bathe. The staff is helpful, in asked questions about how to get from point A to point B, they're pretty knowledgable. I thought, the environment was pretty quite, it is nice if you're trying to rest. The hostel is a manageable 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station (fulham broadway), one can get to all the tourist attractions from there.

Duvet is too small. The place looks gloomy. Everything else is okay.

Staff was kind but this was the only positive thing about out stay. There was a mouse in the kitchen, ants all around the microwave and showers were never clean-full of hair and yellow spots.

Wasnt great but no real complaints. Would be good if breakfast was included like it says in the description.

Very chilled atmosphere. Helpfull, friendly staff

Nice staff, good mattress. Unbeatable atmosphere. The only disadvantage was how far away from the train station it was

not enough toilet and shower room. very tiny room. location is soso. not far away from tube station but, it is quite far from the city centre. its at SW6!

To be honest, I was only there for 8 hours. Got there late and left early. It was my first time in a hostel and if I did it again I think I'd go for a smaller room with less, um?!...snorers. Beds were comfortable though, if not a little tricky to climb into the middle bunk. Hooks on the wall for your stuff and perhaps a raised shelf for a glass of water wouldn't go amiss. Staff were friendly and the place was easy enough to find. Great coffee shop by the station if the brekky isn't your thing.
