The hostel has excellent staff & offers great value for money. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Also the Noel was very comfortable & accommodating though it did smell a bit funky but the warmth & intimacy I felt more than made up for it.

I had a great experience in Queen Elizabeth Chelsea. Great service provided by Robert. The rooms are quite comfortable and very clean and the blankets are tick enough so you definitely won't be cold. Breakfast is quite nice and offers fruits, yogurts and cheese, something that other hostels don't offer.

I only stayed at Queen Elizabeth for 2 nights but the staff we're very welcoming and told me everything I needed too know. The place had a very chilled out vibe, and it was easy to get talking to people around the common area :) All the facilities worked fine and It was easy access to the underground stations. I would definatly recommend for someone to stay here!!

Well we had a few issues upon arrival, but the entire staff we worked with - Kiwi Jason, Canadian Jason, and Aengous - were so phenomenal to deal with that I will almost undoubtedly return to this hostel.

Rooms are small, but cosey, and the beds are a little a bit squeeky - but this is a hostel, not a hotel!!! Special thanks to Robert for making me very comfortable here during my stay. The kitchen is very basic, with just a microwave and kettle.

I had a great time here, the staff were helpfull and the owner (aengus?) was always good for a laugh. Rooms were a decent size (most London hostels are tiny)

Great hostel in Central London, very quiet, clean, cheap, and maintained. Some people complain about the location (lazy), but I found it very easy to get to the sights of London.Tube, and buses all in walking distance. Bar was great, especially barman Robert, and the old boys/men that come in. The only thing I didn't like was the bar closing so early on a weekend - 12am?!?! Stay here, if you want some where, clean, central, comfy, safe, and very quiet- so quiet you can hear a pin drop.

Great little hostel, staff are great, really clean, cheap and delicious breaky, cool bar and people! The only downside is that there are no kitchen facilities, (no stove or oven), just a microwave to cook your food, so don't stay here if you're expecting to cook pasta or roast dinners (a lot of guests complaining about the cooking facilities seemed to want to cook roast dinners in a HOSTEL!!!). :p Cheers Robbie for your help.

All the staff was great, except the red nosed goat shaped sneeky manager(tried to bribe me with a beer for a good review) and the cocky ***hole owner. The people were friendly and mostly happy. The beds were all right and clean, but as I changed a couple of rooms it depends on luck if your going to freeze your ass or not. If your planning on cooking you can forget about it cause there's only a microwave. Special thanks to Sabrina and Barbara for they're kindness and generosity. Chess.

NB: I read some reviews, and I feel strangely positive ... The room is outside the hostel, and it's really small for sixteen people, the showers do not work for four days, only two bathrooms for sixty people, there is only one microwave for cooking. Tthe place is far from the subway, and far away from the city center by bus at night and need a lot of changes still far ... In conclusion, there is no reason to destroy the holiday here.

I thought the hostel was difficult to find, but I really enjoyed the bed and the shower. The place was clean. It is a cheap place to stay and overall, I was happy.

Snowy spell - Coldness of the room may have been due to the unusual weather. I'm not a party-traveler; bar downstairs got a bit noisy &rowdy for doing work on my laptop (room had no wifi, nor a proper space to work so this wasn't an optio(I had the middle bed where you can't quite sit up straight, and floor space was cold&limited). Sketchy person hanging out at the living-room area downstairs made it a bit uncomfy. Microwave as the only cooking solution is poor, but staff was good!
