The staff were exceptionally friendly and the daytrip they arranged to Cuc Phuong National Park was interesting and informative. No problems with the room and a good breakfast was provided.

Great Staff! Booked a good tour with all the major sights for us. We could also take a shower before taking the nightbus to Hue.
