This place is FAR from London central. Any money you save in the hotel rate you will spend just catching the train into London. The staff is terrible and completely disinterested in helping guests. The hotel is constantly adding cheap additions, it takes 5 minutes just to walk to your room and the construction workers hang out at the lobby bar and try to start fights with hotel guests after they get drunk. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Staff are freindly, my wife an I were in a duble with private bathroom which the room was too small but clean. Brakfasts were poor, bread, butter and jam, coffee and juce that is all. In general was ok staying considering price. :)

When we arrived we got told that someone else already checked in on our name,(therfore the low security rating )so instead of just getting the key and sleep (was kind of a long day) we needed to get that fixed, than we got a room which looked more like a storage room then a hotel room, well I guess thats due to the low price, but the floor in the room was not clean, the bedsheets where not clean either and the sink was stuck.

The hotel was nice, rooms were grand. Shame about the roof leaking the first night. Very good prices though, and would probably recommend to others.

The stairway leading to some of the rooms was extremely narrow. I had a hard time going into my room due to my heavy luggage. Plus, the lift going up to the cafe was down during that time and we had to walk 5 floors up the stairs to have our breakfast. However, having wi-fi and a giant TV at the lobby was a good move.
