With the 3 sofa beds located in the modern and spacious living room that can also be converted into beds for extra guests, this apartment can sleep up to 13 people. There's also a television for you entertainment purposes.

Bedrooms sleeping arrangements are as follows: The first bedroom has 4 single beds, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 4 more single beds.

There are also 2 bathrooms in this lovely apartment, of which the first bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, 1
toilet and 1 shower. The second bathroom has 1 shower, 1 tub, 1 sink and also 1 toilet. Linens and towels will also be provided for all guests staying at the apartment.

Kitchen is completely equipped with all the cooking utensils that you need to cook a delicious meal and a dining table to enjoy your meals.

There's also a washer and dryer for your clothing.

***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-cleaning fee 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
