They had for me a room without window.... So I left the Hostel. The receptionist guy was not much friendly and not exact helpfull.... He would like to take the money!!! He was not helpìng me wth my Baggage... and about the room without window? He said they don't have any other option. So I didn't stand maybe 10 minutes there. It's not my favourite hostel

Norman and the rest of the staff were absolutely great at making sure you feel comfortable and welcome at the hostel. If you have any requests or needs, they were happy to assist you, and made me feel like I was at home away from home. Cheers to everyone at Quercus. I hope to see you all again!
