I stayed in an individual room and it was great. Unfortunately, I had reserved it for 4 nights and I had to modify it and i contacted them a few week backs but they moved to a not so good room the last night and i was not happy since i did not sleep at all. I would only stay in the private/individual room with the bathroom. Even though i sent an email and confirmation by them, I still had to explain to them like 3 times. It was a hassle. Bitter sweet.
