Cool place with friendly staff that are very helpful and awesome at fussball :)

I would recommend R-Hostel to anyone who travel to Kaunas and are looking for a bit of fun and a nice and safe place to stay in central location. The staff are but a joy and especially Tony is doing a great job in looking after his guests and proved extremely helpful around anything. Twenty thumbs up from the 10 of us that spent a long weekend in the 12-man-mixed-dorm! :-)

It's in good location, just a few minutes from the white church and the old town. Also very close to a famous traditional restaurant (Pig ear was good). The staff was nice and helpful. The room was a bit cold before midnight then it was OK.

The first impression definitely wasn't good with an un-organized staff, and messy common room. We were told they were full even though we had a reservation, but we were able to figure it out. It was clean and in a decent part of the city, it was quite a walk in to old town, but nice on a warm day. Most of the staff was helpful and willing. Comfortable and clean rooms, along with clean bathrooms. It was a nice stay! Also, on Saturday's the Waffle parties are good eating!

A quiet, intimate and friendly hostel, centrally located, cozy, spacious clean dorms/bathroom and pleasantly decorated common room. Small kitchen with essential equipment but no separate dinging facilities. Helpful and attentive staff member during my short stay. Truly agreeable and therefore highly recommended

It is not very often that one of the best and most memorable parts of a holiday is the hostel and more importantly the staff. This place is unbelievable owned by the most helpful, thoughtful and friendly people. See you soon guys!

Staff were very nice, hostel was cleanest I've ever stayed in.

I can strongly recommend this hostel-very helpful, caring staff who knows everything about the city and quids you during ur stay.I appreciate lockers for personal items for everybody,cleanliness-rooms and bathrooms were always tidy. kitchen well equipped in all facilities.Only small minus i experienced was noisy roomates.

is one of the best hostel ever i see, perfect for travels,you can cook there, also a wash machine, the hostel is really clean, location great ,there is a big shopping center..few steps from the hostel. kaunas is amating, i feel me really welcome. but the best are the pub crawls with tony, you will discover kaunas by night,..the spirit... we meet many locals, everybody knows tony. also vilma, the big mother of the hostel is a kind person and really helpful. you will love lithuania..x

Tony is a pretty cool guy. I appreciate a lot for his help. Besides, the location is fine.

The location is very good, it is very close to the bus stop and the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful! :D The bathroom is very clean, but the water for shower is not hot enough.

Me and my mexican friend loved the hostel!!!!, staff are incredible good guys!!!! Tony, Margarita and Vilma....definitely we will not forget our staying in Kaunas!!!! Thanks a lot!!!! Familiar, funny and friendly hostel. If you want to have fun in Kaunas you must go there.
