Hi, I am French and when I went to this hotel no one in the staff speak English, not even the simple words, so its very, very complicated to know somethings and when they understood my request, the answer was incorrect. They do not even have a map in English... Only in Russian. I do not recommend this Hotel unless you speak Thai or Russian (maybe).
