Unfortunately, the couple who own/run the B&B were out of town and their daughter was in charge. While she was helpful when needed, she wasn't as friendly as her parents whom we met on our last morning at the B&B. I found the bed to be uncomfortable, but my wife didn't. The house is well situated for an easy walk into downtown Ennis and the house is lovely. There is a comfortable living room for guests. The breakfasts were average.
