Booked a stay for New Years. Arrived late at night and was told that there were no available rooms. We called the owner, Claudio, and asked whether it was a mistake or not since we had paid deposit. He simply told us that he had given the room to others since we did not show up before late in the evening. He did not care at all and did not even bother to apologize, or as other owners normally would do, contact us by the mail and phone number provided. Ended up paying 25$/night due to high season

We had to leave the hotel because of the atmosphere of the area and because no electricity...
