We stayed here for 3 nights in a double private room, it was a bit run-down but generally clean and had a nice balcony at the back. The food is nice in the restaurant and it overlooks a lovely pond, The staff are very friendly and helpful, you can get internet and all your laundry done. Visit the park nearby but be warned, the map is hopeless! Would definitely recommend staying here but might be best to visit in the dry season when more people are around.

Bula Ben, Thank you for your great rating of Raintree. I noted your comment 'it was a bit run down' - in order to provide an improved service to our Hostelworld guests are you able to elaborate on this comment. I think it may have been made (quite correctly) that there was quite a lot of builders mess on the walk way to your room. This has now been remedied, we are currently converting our big dorm. to 3 en-suited units and the builders went AWOL for 2 weeks. My valued staff have now cleared up this rubbish and are currently doing remedial painting to the dorm. you stayed in. I fully understand as a 'happy traveler' you will be more interested in your travel experiences, but if you can find a few moments to answer I would really appreciate your comments.
