Clean, nice, worth its money (for us). Over 100 USD /night is not correct. Breakfast is a fuss. Plastic plastic plastic....forks, knifes, spoons, etc .... no cheese or ham /sausage /salami ....only plastic packed oatmeal and things that don't really fit for a "Ramada" as I already know it from London. I paid 2 bed room 27.50 USD per night and some days later 99 usd for again 1 night. Be careful with moon-prices.
