Very grumpy staff. Not a good intro to the "land of smiles"

he staff just dont seem to want to be there..their smiling faces were left at home! Pool hours are short and the poolside area is very slippery so walk very slowly. Just a basic clean bed with simple clean no frills ensuite.

Good location but pretty crowded and big place where staff is not interested so much (It is like a hotel factory). Anyway I would have no problem to go there again. There is also LOT of small shops and pubs around this place (no need to go far for some shopping or food)

Cheap single room, actually had a double bed and TV (only 2 English language channels though). Safe in the room. They charged me 600 on hostel world but upped it to 650 when I wanted to stay additional nights. A bit stingy with the wifi codes, only one allowed per day but it can only be used on one device at a time. Good proximity to Khao San road, not too close, not too far away.

Great value for borderline luxury accommodation in the heart of the tourist district. If you're happy to spend a few extra dollars, the rooms are really nice, though there aren't many freebies and only one of the reception staff seemed to know how things worked.

Good place. Loved the pool and right close to the cool stuff. Not crazy like koa San but chill and close to most things. Good pad Thai and the "mr Thai" trAvel next door is awesome!

I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it but you have to realise when you are located near Ko San Road, it has the tourist stripbut once you've seen that for one night, you are not near the city or the rail network system. The staff spoke broken English and didn't even have a map. There are two lovely pools, and the rooms are clean, but they only clean them if you put a handle notice on the outside of your room door which they failed to tell me when I checked it. It's a cheap hotel, not hostel.

The hotel is located on a ideal location, a cosy street across the busy Khao San Road. So you are close to the party, but you don't get all the noise. When we arrived at the hotel, we were lucky to check in before 2pm (11am), but the staff at the counter was quite rude. The room was not exactly what we thought it would be. the picture looks nice, it's the same room, yet not so nice.. We had the feeling of sleeping in a basement, our windowview was a wall. The pool closed at 6pm, which sucked.

Swimmingpool was dirty. I could wipe the green/brown dirt of the sides of the pool. Airco is not cold enough.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay checking in and out was very speedy. Double room was a decent size with a firm but comfy bed. Air Con worked really well in the room. Maid service each day (included 2 bottles of water). WIFI available in room (p/word available from reception) Location was great, approx 15 mins walk away from the Grand Palace and 5 from Khao San Rd. Plenty of restaurants, street food sellers, stalls and a 7 eleven a minute from the hotel. Did not use the pool.

there was no daily cleaning service of the room, therefore 700 baht for a single room is a lot of money. unfortunately the staff was always busy and sometimes not as friendly as they could be... there was an incident in the morning, a thai lady was screaming and yelling at the reception staff because they didn't let her and this english guy in, i couldn't believe that it took them more then 1 hour to call the police, and this at 7 in the morning

Great location on Rambuttri Road and other nearby sights - Wat Po, Grand Palace, Khao San Road, possible to walk/tuktuk. A bit noisy inside. Lots of restaurants for meals right outside. Not told that you need to pay in cash and about the 1000THB bond?! A bit pricey, but it is a hotel rather than a backpacker with air con, neat tidy rooms, swimming pool. Mid range rooms are pretty much the same so recommend booking the cheaper one to save a little. All have a safe.

Pool on roof for swimmers. It's great location for travellers on their own - lots of other travellers around.
