Reviews & Ratings Explained
The rating percentage is calculated from customers who booked within the last 12 months.
All ratings and reviews are based on the feedback and opinions of the customers who submitted them and do not express the opinions of Hostelworld.com. This way, you get an up-to-the-minute opinion of just how good a hostel really is.

My room was very clean and large, but when I was taken to the room the cleaning wasn't quite complete but the bellboy who'd come up with me quickly finished it. The bathroom was spacious, but the hot water was about 15degrees while the cold water was 5degrees. At 10pm each night club music is played upstairs making it difficult to sleep. The tourist desk lady was great though! If you're used to hotels pay more for somewhere nicer, if you're used to hostels then this is good place to stay!

Staff were very bad, although probably just understaffed. Rooms need a bit more maintenance (eg. holes in ceiling, wrong plug for the tv, and somethings advertised were not present). Also, room service should be faster, and should be charged to the room rather than having to be paid on the spot. That is very strange. Apart from the room and staff, the location is good, and VERY close to the train station. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you have low expectations, you won't be dissapointed.
