Everything was good, very clean and great location. The wi fi was not working, and we had a very poor incident with the cleaning staff. They tried to charge us for one beer and water that we did not had, luckly the reception staff know already the reputation of them and helped us, and i had my passport with me before. Take really care about this people, and be sure you have you passport with you to dont have problems after.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom was covered with mold and I left my shoes on the whole time on the carpet. My room stank of smoke and I had asked for a non-smoking room. The hotel staff laughed when I told him this, as apparently there are no non-smoking rooms at their hotel. There was a restaurant right outside my room on the third floor and I thought it would be loud, but it was not that bad, although I kept the air con on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The music coming from the pubs beneath was too loud, we were on the 4th floor and still can hear the beats of the music in our ears while sleeping, how about the first 3 floors... Other than that everything was good :)

The shower was full with mold, even bathrooms on Thailand islands are cleaner. The room was also noisy and a bit smelly. Good aspects: Quite near to the airport and metro line.

Nice and clean hotel, ideally situated close to the metro station Al Rigga (100m to walk). Well they put me in the room on the 1st floor directly above the Arabian Night, so it was loud in the evening. The room was big and comfortable anyway, so I didn't mind. Can recommend staying there.

Not the best experience I've ever had in a hotel. First of all, they didn't have my HostelWorld booking - no idea if this was the fault of the hotel or Hostelworld. As the hotel was full I ended up in not the best of rooms - very very small bathroom, with no hot water. Further, the experience wasn't helped after being woken up by room service at 4am - when clearly not having ordered anything.
