We enjoyed our stay here. Three rooms occupy the upper level of a family home. There is a shared bathroom for all three rooms. In the lounge area upstairs they supply bread, fruit, cereal, butter, spreads, a kettle and tea or coffee, so you can make your own breakfast and also keep your own supplies in the mini fridge. Our room was large and basic no frills. Bathroom and room were clean. Family very nice and accomodating. Located near the negombo bus station, approx 2 km to the main beach.
