Cancellation within 3 days and no show - 100 percent charged
Peak Season (16 December - 15 January):
Cancellation within 14 days - 1st night charged;
Cancellation within 7 days and no show - 100 epercent charged.

Early check in is upon request and is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Late check out before 4 pm will incur a half day room rate extra charge and late check out after 4 pm will incur full day room rate extra charge.

When I arrived (around 4pm) my room was already cleaned but the bed was not done yet. The room was old and need renovation. It took the woman at the reception 5 minutes to show me the hotel adress on a map. The airport transfer costs 500 baht and there was no breakfast included! I think you can do much better for this price!
