Hotel Razvan is an exceptional hotel for the price. The location to the city centre is handy (3 stops on the tram). Its surrounding area is not beautiful but we didn't feel unsafe. The young guy on the night shift was amazingly helpful. A word of warning; Check the price of the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel BEFORE you get in the cab. We arrived early from a midnight flight and we're ripped off horribly before we could gather our wits. Bucharest is definitely worth a little extra effort

Helpful staff and very good value for money. Nice hotel. Usually stay in hostels and wasn't that much more expensive. A bit of a walk away from centre but we were two girls on our own and walked back every night. The street isn't very well lit but we never felt in any danger.

fairly nice hotel for a good price, the rooms had air conditioning and a mini bar also. breakfast was good and we had no problems checking in at a late hour.
