Very friendly and helpful staff including security guards. Located in the heart of the old town, but also very close to the public transportation. The Guayaquil Street the hotel faces, takes you in one minute to Calle da Ronda - the old, stylish street where you can find the best restaurants and cafeterias in town. The hotel is clean, the beds comfortable and furniture functional. The restaurant upstairs has truly wonderful view. Breakfast is generous. I would like to go back there any time.
