First, it was HORRIBLE walking our luggage there; not too far to walk from town (15 min) but a KILLER hill driveway!!!! So I either caught a cab or tried not to need to come back for anything. The first night I stayed in a dorm bed and couldnt sleep all night the metal frame was so creaky!!! i upgraded to a great but expensive individual room with beds on the floor. Not many people hang out in the lounge, but the front desk always seems to be busy. 3 times he told me to "come back in 20 min

Fantastic room with en suite bathroom, best room we had. Really great view, but it takes a walk to the centre of Queenstown.

Good spot if you want to be located a little out of town. Bit of a walk up a steep hill so may not be to some folks liking. Rooms were excellent, clean and comfy. Staff helpful. Kitchen and Lounge areas all good with plenty of space to move around when busy.

We got upgraded to an apartment of our own which was very nice. Wifi didn't work great because of Zenbu's servers going down frequently.

We liked that we had a fridge in our room, however all our stuff was thrown away while we were still checked in, which was annoying as there were no signs to warn us, or labels to put on our food. The beds were AWFUL: uncomfortable and so squeaky we couldn't sleep. The computers froze as soon as we put our money in. The kitchen was poorly maintained with crappy equipment.

Place was nice but very empty so very boring as there was no one to talk to. Location was ok with a nice view but a ridiculously big hill to climb up, not good when carrying lots of bags! Hot tub was nice. My room had en-suite bathroom which was nice but the beds were so squeaky I would wake myself up when I moved and I was the only one in the room so it would be even worse if the room was full. Ok place, nothing special.
