Best hostel I've been to! The staff and especially May is so wonderful and very helpful. Nice, clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room, and the atmosphere is great.
It's not located in the center of Manila but you can get there easily by train, and the nearest station in a 5 min walk away. Best hostel I've been to! Kinda nice place, but in a weird part of town. Our cab driver from the airport drove around for 30 mins and asked a million ppl where to go... and he had the directions given to us by the hostel. the lady didn't wake up when we arrived back later and our friend had to climb over the fence, ripping her skirt and getting injured just so we could get in... and then she STILL didn't wake up. but it was clean!Kinda nice place, but in a weird part of town. When it comes to classy, this place is it. Easily one of the cleanest and homiest hostels I have ever stayed at. Very friendly staff. Seriously, ask them anything and they’ll go out of their way to make your stay just a little bit more satisfying. An affordable price for so many perks, it’s the perfect fusion for everyone from stingy backpackers to those seeking all the comforts of home in one place. A 5-star place at a 1-star fleapit price. Fantastic hostel for the sort of traveler who wants to spend the whole day exploring Manila w/ other guests you meet & return home to immaculately clean & comfortable rooms & shared bathroom, esp. for that price! Staff very helpful arranging tours. Two definite advantages: kitchen & proximity to the Metro. Tricycles nearby & no beggars around. Just be patient at the door sometimes. They\'re still waiting on the teleco to install WiFi & could get a comfier sofa & more lockers. You\'ll be delighte...MoreFantastic hostel for the sort of traveler who wants to spend the whole day exploring Manila w/ other guests you meet & return home to immaculately clean & comfortable rooms & shared bathroom, esp. for that price! A nice surprise! Very fine hostel. Clean, secure and the staff is very helpful (cheers to May!). THe location is great despite it being quite far from the airport. It\'s very convenient to get to see the real Manila. Hostel is situated just next to the south gate to chinese cementary and it\'s close to the other sites of the city too.A nice surprise! This is one of the best hostels ive stayed at over 6yrs of travellinng... Aldrige and May are so friendly and provide tips on where to go and what do. It is super clean and new, only 2min away from the LRT station which can get you all over the city, fast, when traffic is bad, which it always is.
It's in a safe neighbourhood, i never felt threatened walking around alone. I recommend this hostel to everyone who visits Manila! It's nicer than my house in Canada! This is one of the best hostels ive stayed at over 6yrs of travellinng... Aldrige and May are so friendly and provide tips on where to go and what do.
