Staff is very horrible! WIFI IS VERY HORRIBLE too! Staff doesn't care about your needs. Red Inn sits next to Old Penang Guesthouse and EVEN give you their WIFI password because they knows that WIFI connection is very bad in the hotel. RED Inn's WIFI will NOT work in all rooms, EVEN in common room but ONLY works in front desk. Staff was NOT very helpful and VERY cold, was NOT friendly at all. Had to go down to use WIFI in HOT sweaty area, so why pay for expensive room with no WIFI?

There was no working WIFI, the room had no window, it was very noisy, one could hear every step, shower etc. in the room. No breakfast was included. The room was small, in the bathroom was water dropping all the time, so it was wet day and night... The price was much to high for this. After the 2 booked nights we moved to another hotel 30 meters apart and payed less than the half price.

No Wifi signal in some rooms furthest from reception desk (e.g. room 12). Other than that, a very good hostel. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is good but the road is too small and most of the time our safety as a pedestrian is a concern. The facilities is good and shower + toilet is clean. Additional, maybe they could provide service in purchasing entrance tickets to interesting places for the travelers conveniences, perhaps with discount / special price as a complimentary gift. This is practice in Singapore hostels / B&B. They also could initiate ground arrangement for the guest.
