Hostel very hot inside the room, the air condicionad doesnt work very well, the people on. This hostel. Are mostly hippies and dirty.the room is very big,but very dirty The Toilet is dirty and smell bad. Really i dont understand how This hostel havê so good reviews.
Pros: - Good location - Good size lockers - Rooms well air-conditioned Cons: - Wifi very poor - only got good connection in the bar - Walking tours not well organised: make sure you go from reception rather than the starting point in the city, as we got left behind! - Bar/common room not great atmosphere: music too loud to talk to each other
I had a pretty sensational time at the hostel. The staff was awesome. I can't remember the name of the one girl but she was from Israel and she was an absolute gem. The walking tour was fantastic. The guy (Shawn?) really knew what he was talking about and he wasn't hard on the eyes either ;) I also met a bunch of wonderful people. The terrace and dorm rooms were perfect for that!
I loved the time I was in hostel. The staff is very efficient and helpful. the location could not be better. the same building that is old has facilities to host it as a good elevator. not enjoyed the quality of communal toilets and heat that makes throughout the building, is too stuffy. Did not like the breakfast that andis sold, has a good cost benefit.
Very sociable hostel, loved the roof terrace bar. Great location.
Great price and great staff!!! Rooms are comfortable but cam get warm in summer. Cannot complain for the price.
Definitely recommend this place: cosy and clean, close to everywhere and if not you can catch a bus or metro just right in the corner. Staff superfriendly! You can forget your guidebook, they'll give you nice recommandations what and where to try. Met a bunch of great fellow travellers... see you guys next time!
its realy great hostel for meet new people because every thing design so warm and cozy rooms are big and beds are comfortable common places espacially the bar and terrace is well design it and location is perfect its so close the central of the city
We stayed during La Tomatina so obviously everything was very very busy, but the staff were excellent and always had time to help us with whatever we needed. The bathrooms could have been kept a little cleaner and would benefit from a new coat of paint. Also they were really really warm ALL the time! Other than that it was all great, would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
My stay at the Red Nest was perfect, very enjoyable. The place was very clean, staff were helpful and the facilities were great: really really good location, big kitchen, good activities and common room to meet people. The bar was a nice addition to the place and great spot for meeting other travelers! Definitely value for money. Thank you!

Rooftop terrace is super chill. Kitchen was also pretty decent although the fridges were always crazy packed and finding your groceries was like digging for treasure. Bedrooms had AC so that was also awesome.
Nice hostel to stay, with a lot a facilities and a super relaxt roof terrace. The location is really amazing, it's in the center of Valencia. And the staff is really helpfull. What I didn't like was (I sleep at a room of 6 beds) that there were just 3 electricity points for charging a phone. And the breakfast isn't really spectaculair. For €3 you can better take breakfast in the city center. It was a nice stay at Red Nest Hostel! :)

Very active hostal, always easy to meet new people. However. The kitchen was small for the amount of people using it and the fridge was always packed so stuff was falling out the doors when you opened it. The bathroom floors were always dirty and disgusting and often smelled. However the exceptionally friendly staff made up for all the disappointments and the hostal was in an excellent location. The free walking tour was informative and great!
Staff was friendly. Kitchen could be better equipped. Good facilities like common area, terrace. Free walking tours with great spanish guide. Good place to meet people on the terrace...
Great place to stay in valencia. Very cool atmosphere and staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Will stay again.
I've only been to three hostels in Europe, this was the first and the greatest!!! Had a blast during my stay, staff is super friendly, rooms have enough space for everyone, kitchen is big and equiped with everything you need for cooking or storing your food. The bar floor and terrance are great! even better from the evening onwards . Location is great as well, it's in the old town where almost all the sights are at, connection to the beach or any part of town just around the corner.
It was really warm in the room and the small air conditioning thing couldnt cool the whole room, it also made a hell of noise all night - i really didnt sleep good any of the nights. Also I disliked being such a party hostel where you only can have a nice staz if you want to do the same as all the other traveleres, which wasn't the case for me. I dont know how to optimize that, but i felt uncomfortable with people coming back so late and being noisy and so on.Signs that remind people are sleepin
I've never before had such a remarkably accommodating experience in any type of lodging. The staff here at the Red Nest are beyond reproach and go through every effort to guide you in your travels. Whether its getting directions or booking transport, they far exceed what is normally expected. Do not hesitate to stay here. You will likely never find better service.
Big disappointment for a hostel with 90% ratings. First of all, the staff was rude and not willing to help with a basic problem that were their own fault. Second, this hostel is not clean. The bathroom and the floor in my room was just filthy. The AC in my room only worked sometimes. The staircase was like a sauna. Big Kitchen but not fully equipped. I had to wait outside the hostel for 15 minutes to get in at 2:30 AM. Barstaff (Francisca) was nice though and it was easy to meet other travelers
WiFi was horrible. You basically had to be sitting on the stairs to get WiFi.
