The staff were really lovely and made you feel at home immediately and it was really clean, homely and comfortable. Great selection of films to watch and staff give you lots of info and advice on the area. I was a single female traveller staying in KL and found the Red Palm really safe and enjoyable to stay. The staff were friendly and v helpful and made me feel welcome. Sofie, mac and the team there are great and go to such lenghs to make yo ufeel very comfortable and keep the place well maintained and clean.
