Really helpful with sorting out an extra nights stay for us when we missed our train! Great staff!

generaly we liked our stay with you, but i didnt like the smells and the level of cleaness. the tovels weren't changed, just picked from the flor and put on the hanger. and brekfast was way to small, one croasont ( and one slice of bread-which was all gone at nine o'clock) is really not enough for us.

The staff was very cooperative and the hostel was kept clean all the time. No complaints whatsoever.

I really enjoyed staying there, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the hostel was clean at at no point did I feel unsafe during my stay. The vending machine did not work though, but that is minutia. Overall it is a great place to stay in a great location.

The check-in was quick but, when I entered the room all the beds wre occupied. The receptionist took 2:30hs is sorting out the problem. Emphasizing that he wanted to give me a mixed-room of 5, when I booked (and already paid) a female-room of 4. At night I heard many noises especially the doors. The breakfast is poor. Sometimes you didn´t have even a brioche to eat.
