I had a pleasant and satisfying stay indeed. Nice staff and okay breakfast. However, the bathroom and shower were rather dirty.

I went to a long journey in Europe, in which I stayed in eight different hostels, and this one happens to be the worst. The facilities were in bad conditions and not properly cleaned, and they don't offer basic things, such as a locker in the rooms. Also, even though it's located close to an underground station, its neighbouhood is not very safe and it's quite far from the main attractions. I paid half the price in Portugal, Spain and Germany for roomsinhostels that are far better than this one.

It was a relatively inexpensive hostel, and the location was much better than a lot of other hostels in Paris. I did not have good roommates the night I stayed here, but otherwise the hostel itself was very good and a good value.
